About IonUnweave Systems
IonUnweave Systems is a small software company working on one narrow problem: making gas chromatography–mass spectrometry genuinely usable for complex natural materials.
Reviewing a run across disconnected tools makes it difficult to preserve the path from source data to the reported result.
When compounds co-elute, ordinary integration reports a mixed spectrum and can hide the minor constituent that matters.
When retention times drift, a delivered lot cannot be compared fairly with the approved reference without alignment.
We chose to solve all three locally. The software runs where the laboratory data already lives.
Not a LIMS, not instrument control, and not a replacement for a validated method. The focus is narrow: flavour, fragrance, and essential-oil analysis on Agilent GC/MS data.
How the software is expected to behave
No upload, account, licence-server call, or telemetry. Raw data, libraries, and reference collections stay on the machine.
A library match is a screening assignment. Confirmation requires retention indices, authentic standards, and a validated method.
Every headline figure opens into the peaks, categories, tolerances, and settings that produced it.
ChemStation and AMDIS output is displayed beside our own—not merged into a single blended answer.
All three applications read files the instrument or laboratory workflow already produces, including archived samples.
Each application states its current maturity and limits. Validate it against your established results before it informs a released decision.
Current status
IonUnweave Analyst is at v1.3.0, IonUnweave at v0.4.1, and IonConcord at v0.8.0. Analyst supports the day-to-day review workflow; IonUnweave and IonConcord remain research previews. Validate each application for its intended use alongside your established process.
